TOGETHER WE STAND FOUNDATION
Together We Stand Foundation (TWSF) is a global non-profit organization committed to improving the lives of vulnerable individuals and families worldwide. Founded by Dati in 2013, inspired by one of the most heart-wrenching articles written by journalist Magda Gad. The article highlighted Nobel Prize laureate Dr. Denis Mukwege’s courageous work in the Congo; supporting survivors of a war that continues in devastating silence.
For years, this conflict has been marked by unimaginable violence and genocide, yet much of the world has turned away. One reason is that the war fuels access to precious minerals; critical components in the technology we use every day. Together We Stand was born from the conviction that silence is not an option, and that we all share responsibility in bringing awareness, support, and change to those most affected.
The article starts like this: In Congo, it is more dangerous to be a girl than a soldier. Rape, torture, and humiliation are used as weapons—and the majority of victims are children. Today, their only hope lies with the doctors who dare to work here. Dr. Mukwege is one of them. When he appealed for international intervention, he became the target of an assassination attempt…

At Together We Stand Foundation, we’re committed to ensuring your support has the greatest impact. 100% of every donation goes directly to the cause with no funds diverted to administrative overhead. Our entire team consists of volunteers, and all operational expenses are personally covered by coach Dati. This means that every dollar you contribute goes toward providing vital medical care, food, school supplies, and other essentials to communities who need it most.
We’ve worked with orphanages in Congo, Tanzania, Kenya, Nigeria, Somalia, and Vietnam, each caring for between 80 and 150 children. Our dedication to these causes has earned us the Bayer Role Model 2017 award, chosen from 330 applicants in 58 countries.
